What is Telehealth Therapy?

Telehealth therapy – I offer treatment provided through a secure video session connection.  We will interact the same way as in-person sessions, just from a distance. Online therapy provides an equally effective option for emotional and mental health support as face-to-face therapy.  

Sessions are typically fifty minutes long and may take place weekly, or whatever frequency you and I decide on. You meet with me in the comfort of your home or other private space with a desktop, laptop, or phone and receive support in real-time via a video session.
